The Friends of Whitewater is a group of folks who support the interpretive program and resource management goals of Whitewater State Park. Friends Members make maple syrup, control invasive species, manage the butterfly garden, raise funds for special events, and MUCH more!

Become a Friend
The Friends of Whitewater provided critical support for the Whitewater State Park Centennial Anniversary in 2019.  Check out the live performance of “A Whitewater World,” an original play written to commemorate the history of the park.

Friends of Whitewater is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. Specifically, the purpose of this organization is education, fundraising, and other activities to sustain the organization's vision and goals for Whitewater State Park, Winona County, Minnesota, sustaining the park's ecology, natural beauty, and cultural history.
